I have 3 plugins that say they have an update but are not able to install the update.

Unassigned Devices Preclear

Is the problem with just those plugins? Can you install and upgrade others?

Yes it is just those ones. All others are up to date and I just tried installing a new one with no issue.

Another weird issue I noticed, not sure if related, but the notification icon at the top doesn't work anymore. I know it worked a few days ago. Perhaps I need to reboot?

Well I guess it was that simple. Rebooting seemed to fix everything.

Sorry to semi necro, but are you still seeing these issues persist? Like, if I have several plugins to update I can maybe grab a few but then get a returned 127 error and have to resort to a restart.
