Shares are empty, disk is empty, but disk usage is accurate

Featured Replies

I had a drive fail so I replaced and rebuilt it without issues. Everything seemed fine except a couple shares are empty. I have one share for my data dumps (data) which shows data on disk, on the share tab, and in the web UI. On the other hand, my disks show high usage in the web UI but the plex share is empty from the Shares tab and from command line (/mnt/diskX).

I've seen some individuals try an XFS repair or create a new share and unmount/remount, but because of the threat of data loss, I would appreciate any guidance on next steps. Any help would be appreciated.

There are no obvious fs issues, which disk is missing data?

All of them are missing data (e.g., Disk 1-9, 13-15)

Then most likely something or someone deleted it, most often this happens when the users have the server internet facing and are hacked, or after a misconfigured media container does some cleaning.
