Struggling to connect to the internet - Wired

Hi, I'm struggling to connect to the internet with my Unraid server through the wired connection which is through a dongle. I've verified that the dongle works on another laptop, and that the server works through Wifi.

Any help would be gratefully received, thank you.

    What does this mean though? Is it a dongle issue?

    I did test that the dongle worked fine on another device.

    Dongle, driver or cable/switch typically, but it will never work without a link being detected.
