Hey Unraid community,

I'm putting together a beefy Unraid server for Plex, and I need some help with configuration in the Houston area since I'm tight on time. I’ve built plenty of PCs, so I’m comfortable assembling the hardware and could probably figure out Unraid myself, but I travel for work and only have a week to get this done. I’m looking for a local service or tech I can pay to configure the system, set up my drives, and get Plex running smoothly once the build is complete.

Build Summary:

• CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2699v4

• Motherboard: ASUS X99-E WS

• GPU: NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000

• HBA: SXTAIGOOD 9305-24i

• Networking: Intel X520-DA1 (

• Storage: 24 SATA/SAS drives in RROYJJ 4U case

• PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 1200W

• RAM: 128GB TimeTeks DDR4 2400

• Cooling: upHere 6-heat-pipe dual 120mm fan CPU cooler

• Other: NFHK 5Gbps Type-E USB 3.1 & NVMe M-Key adapter, Kingston EXO-DIAM64 USB for Unraid boot

I’m in Humble, TX, and I’ll have the server built soon (aiming to finish nest week, -by Tuseday 22, 2025). I need someone to:

• Configure Unraid (6.9+ for driver support) and set up the drive array (thinking 8 data, 2 parity, 2 cache).

• Optimize Plex for hardware transcoding with the Quadro RTX 4000.

• Set up networking (10GbE X520-DA1 for workstation link, 5GbE card for 2.5Gbps internet).

• Ensure the Kingston USB is set as the Unraid boot drive.

I’m willing to pay for a pro to handle this quickly, as I’m out of town after next week. Anyone know a reliable service or tech in the Houston area for Unraid/Plex setup? I’ve already got Geeks on Site scheduled but might reschedule After I talked to the Tec he was lost .
