Error 403 When Starting Docker Images

Featured Replies

Hello,

I went to try to use Jellyfin today but my client wouldn't connect to the server. When I log into Unraid the Jellyfin container is stopped and when I try to start it I get error 403. Upon further inspection some of my containers that I was just using last night are also not working. For example Lubelogger and Photoprism won't allow me to access via web portal but it says that it's running under the Docker Containers tab. The only container that appears to be working is a newer container I created for Omnitools.

Steps I have taken to troubleshoot so far:

  • Restarted server

  • Increased Docker vdisk size from 20gb to 100gb

  • Manually disabled and re-enabled Docker in Settings

I have attached my diag file.

Thanks in advance.

Btrfs is detecting data corruption, Ryzen with overclocked RAM like you have is known to have that issue; see : https://forums.unraid.net/topic/46802-faq-for-unraid-v6/page/2/#findComment-819173

After correcting that, scrub the pool and post the results from the GUI.

If no errors are found, recreate the docker image:

https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/manual/docker-management/#re-create-the-docker-image-file

Then:

https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/manual/docker-management/#re-installing-docker-applications

Also see below if you have any custom docker networks:
