Disks Showing Incorrect Size

Featured Replies

Looking for some help on why 2 of my drives are showing up incorrectly.

2x 10TB WDC_WD101EFBX-68B0AN0 drives show up as 8.33GB instead of TB.

  • I have removed and re-added the

  • Re-formatted them

  • Cleanly shutdown Array and restarted

  • Re-formatted again

  • Ran Parity Checks

The disks show up correctly in the Smart Diags and logs

User Capacity: 10,000,831,348,736 bytes [10.0 TB]

Sector Sizes: 512 bytes logical, 4096 bytes physical

Disks are partitioned like that, Unraid uses the largest available partition. Since they don't have data, the easiest way to fix it to do a new config, then click on those disks and "erase", then start the array and format them again.

If they had data, you could rebuild them one by one, and it would create a new partition using the whole disk.
