When updating allow for the user to scroll up (lock) to read the install notes without jumping to the bottom for newest one.

I would like to see a feature that allows for the user to lock scrolling when updating apps so i can read the installation notes while it's updating. right now I have to wait for it to complete before i can scroll up,or if i do scroll up while it's updating it jumps back down to the new line that was just added making it impossible to read as it keeps jumping back and forth.

I would like to see it default to auto scroll while updating but allow me to lock it so i can read it and then scroll down to the newer install notes.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.

    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
