May 19, 201214 yr Does anyone know where I can get screws for mounting hard drives in the trays of a SS-500? There aren't enough, or I lost them, and I have new drives to put in!! How do I find those countersunk ones. I don't even know what to google for. Cheers, whiteatom

May 19, 201214 yr Author Hmm. I'm not convinced those are the right ones. They appear to be flat-topped in the picture. The norco trays need countersunk screws or the trays won't slide in.
May 19, 201214 yr Here are the official screws, note that it is the same picture as the ebay listing: http://www.ipcdirect.net/servlet/Detail?no=211
May 19, 201214 yr Why not take one of your existing screws out and visit your local hardware store with it? However, standard hard drive screws are 6-32 UTS. I would think that you are looking for something like this.

I would think that you are looking for something like this. I think I'll try that. The link you posted is the right ones, but they want $50 to ship 20 of them to Canada...... Forget that; I could probably have them made for that much. Thanks, Whiteatom
May 20, 201214 yr Send Mike @ norco an email. he can find you the right part number and get them shipped out to you. I sure it will only be a few bucks for postage if they even charge you at all.
May 23, 201214 yr Author For any one else looking.. http://www.ipcdirect.net/servlet/Detail?no=211 is the best link (that's what Mike sent me to). They are a little pricy to get shipped, but iPC Direct is Norco's us store front. Cheers, whiteatom
