Disk 3 disabled - Is it dead?

Disk 3 is showing as disabled with several error like this in the disk log: kernel: I/O error, dev sdi, sector 23360403008 op 0x0:(READ) flags 0x0 phys_seg 38 prio class 0

Unraid 7.1.4

Would greatly appreciate if someone could take a look and see what's going on with disk 3 and tell me if I need to replace it.

    It's not showing a valid SMART report, so most likely the disk, but just to confirm, swap cables with a different one and post new diags.
