Upgraded to 7.1.4 from 6.12.13 and WebUI becomes unresponsive

Featured Replies

Hi.

I upgraded to 7.1.4 from 6.12.13 and Unraid boots up successfully. I can login into the WebUI but after doing so and trying to navigate it becomes unresponsive. None of my docker containers are running nor any of my shares. I have attatced both my diagnostics and syslog in the hopes that someone who understands can point me in the direction to resolve this issue.

Try booting in safe mode to rule out a plugin issue.

I don't see anything obvious logged, you can try redoing the flash drive, backup the current one first and then recreate it using the USB tool and just restore the bare minimum, like the key, super.dat and the pools folder for the assignments, also copy the docker user templates folder (\config\plugins\dockerMan\templates-user), if all works you can then reconfigure the server or try restoring a few config files at a time from the backup to see if you can find the culprit.

I am not having any issues with the bare minimum. How do i restore my docker containers?

As long as you copied the container templates then containers can be reinstalled via Apps->Previous Apps

You can check off the ones you want re-installed and then get all the selected ones done at the same time.

I got them back by pointing the docker service to my docker image.
