August 11, 2025Aug 11 Community Expert The errors are coming from this disk:Model Family: Seagate Exos X16Device Model: ST14000NM001G-2KJ103Serial Number: ZLW1VV7CIt is not giving a valid SMART report, try swapping cables with a different one, but possibly it's a bad disk.

August 11, 2025Aug 11 Community Expert Not worth it IMHO with all those errors and no valid SMART report; swap slots with a different disk, but most likely it's a bad disk.
August 11, 2025Aug 11 Author Thanks a bunch! I'll do that when I can shut the server down. It's probably a bad Drive I bought a half dozen and it's likely one is bad. At least it's under warranty
