Please help Server started rebooting multiple times (unclean reboot)

Featured Replies

Hi folks, I need some help PLEASE. I've never had an issue like this ever since I've had unraid since 2013 and on multiple servers.

For some reason the server keeps rebooting. This started today and has happened multiple times already.

When I log back in to unraid it just says "unclean shutdown" at the bottom, and I am having to enter my array encryption password to get it online. It is happening more and more frequently. Seems to be every 10 minutes or so.

There are no alerts or warnings or anything.

I'm attaching the diagnostics with this post. Thank you sooo much!

Server rebooting unexpectedly is almost always hardware related.

The syslog in the diagnostics is the RAM copy and only shows what happened since the reboot.   It could be worth enabling the syslog server to get a log that survives a reboot so we can see what happened prior to the reboot. The mirror to flash option is the easiest to set up, but if you are worried about excessive wear on the flash drive you can put your server’s address into the Remote Server field.
