August 20, 2025Aug 20 So the other day I rebooted my UDMP and my Unraid server did not come back online. I rebooted it and now it will not boot. I have tried brand new flash drives using the creator tool, fresh flash of a new Unraid file, all the USB ports, and I used the flash drive in a laptop and got it to boot Unraid. I do see a message about an unknown filesyste type 'efivarfs' that only seems to appear when I try to boot up on the server. I did not see this message on the laptop that was able to boot Unraid. I did a memtest and it passed. I do not know where to go from here. Edited August 20, 2025Aug 20 by Kujo-3
August 20, 2025Aug 20 Community Expert Try recreating the flash drive, first backup the current one, then recreate it using the USB tool, confirm the flash drive boots with the stock install, and if yes, restore only the /config folder from the backup overwriting any existing files.
August 20, 2025Aug 20 Author Curious if you read my post? I have tried every possible configuration with the flash drive. Reflashed with a fresh install on old flash drive and new flash drives. I have tried an old back up, all usb ports, and nothing works. I have used the flash drive on an old laptop and got Unraid to load.
