Disk Disabled Despite SMART tests passing

Diags are after rebooting, so we can't see what happened, but SMART looks fine, like mentioned. Post new diags after array start to confirm if the emulated disk is mounting.

If it mounts and the contents look correct, you can rebuild on top. It may be worth it to replace the cables before that to rule them out.

After running all tests again and repairing with xfs I rebuild it using the link you posted, thanks. Worked like a charm!
