Unable to load CA Plugins

As the title states, I can't load the CA.

PHP logging only states: 

Trying to access array offset on null in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/community.applications/include/exec.php on line 1106

I'm unsure how to upload logs to this forum...

    As the title states, I'm unable to load the CA plugins. I was able to access it earlier, and now I'm not -- I'm not sure if I did anything wrong.

    Attached are my diagnostic logs.

    I checked to see if anything was down but all services seem to be operational.
