josetann
Haven't seen this posted elsewhere, so here it is. I've been running Bios 23 for a while, no issues to speak of. I upgraded to 23 since I had some issues with 22, but still had the same problems (which ended up being caused directly or indirectly by a Promise Ultra66 PCI card, without it installed it's running like a champ). If you are having issues with 22, or just like to live on the edge, here's a link to Bios 23: http://downloads.thetechguide.com/m516a23.zip Quote Link to comment
Psychosis
Been on "Please Wait !" for 10 minutes.. Is this normal? How long did yours take? EDIT: 30 minutes. Is it probably bricked, and hows the best way to fix it . Second EDIT: Reflashed back to 22, crisis averted . Guess I was just unlucky. Quote Link to comment

Cheers, Søren 22 should work fine. try this: power off on power supply press power button to discharge capacitors set cmos clear jumper to clear and leave it for 30 seconds take out your ram, put 1 stick in dimm 4 only reset the cmos jumper see if that boots go into bios, reset to optimized power down, re-install your ram if that doesnt work then your ram needs special settings so once in bios you need to change settings for your ram Quote Link to comment
