46M0861 - IBM - SERVERAID M1015 8CHANNEL PCI-E X8 SAS/SATA RAID CONTROLLER I have two of these flashed to IT mode in my server.  I got mine on e-bay for about this price with brackets, now the buy it now prices are $100-$240 and a few bids starting at $50 with no returns.

 

These don't have brackets so figure that into your price calculations, I'll probably get one of these so I can pass through some more drives to another VM on my server.
