OS is becoming unresponsive after 7-10 of running

I am using unraid server (Plus to Pro Upgrade) for several years . Recently. it is becoming un responsive after few days of running (network, docker etc does not respond but hardware fans, power supply, drives are running).Diagnostics file (created after Hard reboot and Unraid GUI) is attached. Can someone help in finding root cause?
