New motherboard -> No IOMMU Groups Available -> No ConBee II connection -> no Smart House -> My wife is pissed off

Dear Unraiders.

I'm having a hard time after migrating my beloved server to a new motherboard, an ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. STRIX Z270F GAMING.

On this server I have a VM with Home Assistant with a ZigBee network, based on a "Dresden Elektronik ZigBee gateway [ConBee II]".

After the migration, the VM didn't come up, and, after some XML editing, it came up but didn't connect with the ConBee II.

Inside the VM, the "Dresden Elektronik ZigBee gateway (1cf1:0030)" appears to be selected, and it also appears with "listusb" on Unraid console and Home Assistant console.

After consulting a friend, he has the same ConBee II and his "System Devices" have the IOMMU Groups defined. I remember that the previous server had this too. On this new motherboard I got the "PCI Devices (No IOMMU Groups Available)".

I tried the unRAID OS parameters on the flash device, using this:

kernel /bzimage

append intel_iommu=on pcie_acs_override=downstream initrd=/bzroot

But I got this:

PCI Devices (No IOMMU Groups Available)

Warning: Your system has booted with the PCIe ACS Override setting enabled. The below list does not reflect the way IOMMU would naturally group devices. To see natural IOMMU groups for your hardware, go to the VM Manager page and set the PCIe ACS override setting to Disabled.

And no IOMMU Groups...

Whatever the IOMMU Groups is, important or not, what I really want is to be able to run my "Smart House", based on ZigBee, again!

Please, any help will be great! Thanks in advance!
