Best FS for cache disk

Morning all

I currently have a single 500Gb SSD using btrfs as my cache disk at the moment.

I acquired a 2Tb SSD which is now fitted to the server and I plan to move everything from the existing cache to the array, using mover, unassign the current cache disk, assign the new disk and migrate everything back from the array.

Are there any recommendations on what FS to format the new 2Tb disk with? Typically its used for my 'downloads' data before it moves to the array, and also my dockers and VMs.

Any thoughts, or shall I just use btrfs again?

Thanks

If you don't need snapshots and checksums and plan to keep that a single device pool, recommend using XFS, if that is not correct, recommend ZFS.

Yes, at the moment I was planning to leave as a single disk and have never used/needed snapshots or checksums... so will format as XFS then... thanks
