June 8, 201214 yr Open box should contain all the parts. They could be missing the brackets or CD. One of the open box units I got in the past had both brackets missing once.
June 9, 201214 yr That's why I decided to pass and get a new one, that and the fact it's my first one. If I had used it before I'd feel a lot more comfortable with open box.
June 13, 201214 yr FYI, I received them both today and they are missing full-sized brackets Guess I'll have to dig through my parts bin...
