Building unRAID 4.7 with one USB jump drive, then switching to another USB

I am considering building up an unRAID server with my unRAID USB jump drive for my work location, then later, my employer will buy their own unRAID USB jump drive. Can the unRAID server be powered down, the two unRAID jump drives be swapped, then the unRAID server be powered up?  Is it that simple, without loosing any drives or any data?
