I would start with some basics.

 

first, perform a memory test.

then,  disable some of the add-ons. 

 

To see the exact error from unMENU, we'll need to terminate it and invoke it on the command line so you can see any error messages it emits:

 

cd /boot/unmenu

killall awk

awk -W re-interval -f ./unmenu.awk

 

post what you see.
