Right now, the "Update All Plugins" button only appears when there are 2 or more plugin updates. I would like to request that it shows when there is 1 or more update.
This would bring consistency to the interface, so there is always the same place to update all your plugins. Keeping all your plugins up to date is a standard process, regardless of the number of updates available.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
