License (USB device access) lost when plugging a new USB device

Hi,

Every time I plug an external USB device (DVD) to my unRAID, the server loses access to its license. USB device carrying the license is on a different bus and controller than the one hosting the USB license.

My remedy is to reboot - but I am not sure if this is the intended behaviour...

(Unraid fully updated to 7.1.4)
