Disk2 is disabled, but it doesn't look like you have tried to start your array.

Also, most of your plugins are incompatible with your version of Unraid.

Boot in SAFE mode, start the array in Normal (not Maintenance) mode, and post new diagnostics.

I tried to mount the array in safe mode. It is not mounting. It is showing error message "Unmountable: wrong or no file system".

Post new diags please

Constant ATA errors for parity, SMART is showing some issues, but looks more like a power/connection issue, forn now. Replace its cables and post new diags.

Okay. I will order some new cables and post new diags once done. Thanks.

Now there are issues with the cache device, looks like a bad SATA cable for this one.

  • Community Expert

There are still issues issues with the cache drive, but let's ignore those for now, post new diags after array start.

Just tried starting the array. It's still getting hung. Disk 1 shows unmoutable: wrong disk or no file system. Disk 2 is still trying to mount. It's been hours already and still stuck.

  • Community Expert

Post new diags , please; possibly there are still ATA/controller issues with other devices.

  • Community Expert

Those diags are before array start

I am unable to start the array. I tried starting the array in safe mode and normal mode. It gets stuck and the array never starts.

Post a screenshot of Main - Array Devices after trying to start the array.

Here is the screen shot when trying to start the array. image.png.d1df2f21a43138a0c859c3eb02341a12.png

If you cannot get them using the GUI, go to the CLI or use SSH and type diagnostics

If the array is stuck in "Mounting" status, I am still able to run a diagnostic? If so, is that what you wanted to see to confirm what else is the issue?

Have you tried?

No, I did not try. I will do so tonight.

There are still issues with parity:

Assuming the cables were replaced, the disk may be failing. As a last try, it may be worth swapping cables with a different disk, both SATA and power, and seeing where the errors follow.

I have swapped both SATA and the power cables between all drives. Attached is the new diagnostic after attempting to start the array.jaynjas-diagnostics-20251014-1009.zip
