Scanner can't connect to shared scan folder

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

after I searched the forum I need to create a new topic.

I use an OKI MC562w MFC which is connected to my network via cable.

I have a dedicated shared folder and user on my unraid server.

I double checked the connection to the folder by opening it from my Win11 and my Mac with the dedicated user. And it is working.

Now if I use the same credentials and network path on my MFC the machine can't reach or connect to my unraid server/folder.

I activated "NetBIOS" to connect via SMBv1 because the MFC is a very old machine.

Unfortunately the MFC still can't connect.

So now my question, do you have any suggestions what else I can do?

Thanks in advance.

Update:

I activate SMBv1 again and after a restart of my array, my MFC can connect to the server.

But unfortunately scanned files still won't be saved.
