I'm running 7.2.0 rc-1 and have just teplaced a 10TB drive with a 26TB in my array... The 10TB was Cleared before I started and I have a backup of my array so I'm not worried about data loss "much"...

SO I pulled the drive, installed the new one and started the rebuild of the parity disk... I ran pretty good the first day getting about 25% of it done in something like 28 hours... OK...

But then I wanted to work on a project and my SSD drives are full... So I started moving my downloads folder from the pool to the array... 3 days later I'm at 39% of the parity rebuild and I have some weird things going on with my dta move... The Status text at the bottom of the window is doing something weird...

image.png

it climbs to ~99% complete on the data move with a few minutes left, and then drops down to ~80% with hours to go... It did this mutliple times... Eventually I gave up and tried to cancel the data move... I clicked the box to open the dialog and hit cancel... The text cleared.

Then I looked again and it is back... I've tried twice.

I understand I should have been patient and I am to blame for the slow performance of my system at the moment, but is the refusal to cancel and the weird process corrections by design?

Thanks
