Network Connection Lost After Router Restart

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a consistent issue where every time I restart my router (FritzBox), my Unraid server loses its network connection and becomes unreachable. The only way to restore connectivity is a hard reboot of the server itself.

I did an update from 7.0.1 -> 7.1.4, but the problem persists. I've captured the syslog from the moment I restart the router, and I've attached the full log to this post.

Here is a key snippet from the log showing the moment of failure:

The link is going down and not coming up, at least according to that snippet, I cannot reproduce it by resetting my router, so it seems like a specific issue.

Hi again,

thanks for the reply. It seems to be a Lenovo specific BIOS bug. Did an BIOS update for my M920q and now it works! ChatGPT told me it's the "PHY-Bug".
