Removing a drive from existing array

Hey all,

I had a 16tb drive that i copied all my data from my old NAS onto, then moved the 4x8tb drives over and added them to the array, i've run unbalancer to move everything from the 16tb as I'd like to remove it and re-add it as parity - is this possible to do non-destructively? I had found some older posts but no solid answers for my situation.
