Unable to boot past compile-in x,509 cerificates

Featured Replies

It appears something went wrong with my usb boot drive as my system crashed, tried to reboot and it would just hang, tried to access ipmi and that was messed up but got it back to working. Downloaded the backup from Unraid connect and the zip file had some of the files in it but was missing the contents of syslinux. My older backups that I had where on the system that crashed, am running a Supermicros X9QRI-F+ with quad cpu's , 18 harddrives 512 gb memory. Tried a year old backup and it worked but it was at version 6.1.2 and am running 7.1.4 with is sitting @ compiled-in x.509 certificates for the last 4 hours. Am at a loss, so any help would be nice. Thank you.

Unable to access any log files either.

Try recreating the flash drive, first backup the current one, then recreate it using the USB tool, confirm the flash drive boots with the stock install, and if yes, restore only the /config folder from the backup overwriting any existing files.

Thanks JorgeB I will give that a try and post if it is a go or no go.
