Build a unraid server with mini pc

My use will be

Plex(home only)

Some home useful dockers

Want a single window 11 pro vm (feel like a real office laptop)

Actually i don’t know which one support unraid well guys please help me which one should buy and asus nuc 14 pro plus does it support unraid ?? And should buy amd or intel??
