I feel like such an idiot. Chased my tail, installed TrueNAS and got exactly the same transfer speed. Went looking at router and found an incorrectly configured fqcodel queue (to limit Australian NBN upload speeds) that was limiting to 48mbps.

I’ll reinstall unRaid now.
