November 8, 2025Nov 8 Hi,Before I contact support, wondering if anyone has any suggestions.I had a previous server on this account / GUID but transferred the licence on to a fresh install / system with a clean start.I've linked my account to Unraid Connect, but the USB Flash Backup function is just stuck on blue 'loading' with a wheel spinning, as below. November 9, 2025Nov 9 I have the same problem. Just signed into Unraid Connect on my box and I see the stuck "Loading" bar. When I check Unraid Connect portal, it says "Flash Backup Disabled"

Considering it hasn't been fixed yet, it seems like a bigger problem.
