Rebuilding Array failed after disk failure

I had a drive in the array fail. I replaced and began rebuild process. At only 0.7% I'm getting a warning that the disk is emulated. It looks like it's still trying to run a read-check. No idea what's going on. Diagnostics attached. athena-diagnostics-20251112-2213.zip
