Array will not start, drives missing after 7.2 update

All drives connected to the RAID card are missing after updating Unraid to 7.2.
No hardware changes were made.
If I roll back to Unraid 6.12 everything is back to normal.
What is going on?

Here are the logs after I rolled it back to Unraid 6.12.
All drives are working.

HBA is failing to initialize:
