Advice needed (renovating my server)

I plan on moving my tiny server to a case with more space, replacing motherboard, CPU and memory in the process. I also will be upgrading two datadisks from 1 to 3 TB and replacing cache and parity disk. What would be the best order? The new disks have been pre-cleared 3 times. The motherboard, cpu and memory have had 72 hours memtest plus running some stability tests. The server is and will be running 5.0 RC3.

 

1 Check parity, non-corrective?

2 replace data disk1, rebuild, parity check?

3 replace data disk2, rebuild, parity check?

4 move to new case.

5 check if everything is still ok?

6 replace cache disk.

7 replace parity disk.

 

Does this look right?

Any hints, tips and tricks are welcomed. I might be overseeing something.
