December 1, 2025Dec 1 I tried to check for logs on the my boot flash drive, for some reason it is in XFS format so i had to use a program called Linux Reader. I didn't see a config folder or a log folder only an app data folder. So i had to take photos of the logs as it booted.

What i would like is some clarity is this a flash drive issue or is one of my hard-drives failing, it seems the issue is with "dev sda"?Do i need a brand new boot drive? or does it just need to be reformatted?
December 1, 2025Dec 1 Author I do not, I checked to see if there was a backup on unraid connect but there was a problem where i didnt have any keys on my account and now i dont see the backup i made last year.
December 1, 2025Dec 1 Community Expert Connect backups are only stored for 3 months, but you can see here if you cannot copy the config folder from the current flash drive and don't know the assignments.https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/system-administration/maintain-and-update/changing-the-flash-device/#recovering-from-a-failed-flash-device-without-a-backup
