Cache Unmountable: Unsupported or no file system after restart

Restarted my server via the webgui, appon restart is says my cache drive as unmountable. Any assistance would be appreciated.

There's an issue with the log, see if this helps:

btrfs rescue zero-log /dev/sdd1

Then restart the array and post new diags.

ran umount /dev/sdd1

then btrfs rescue zero-log /dev/sdd1

The drive seems fine after restarting array

Pool mounted but btrfs is detecting a lot of corruption; recommend running memtest first, then scrub the pool and post the results from the GUI

Ran a mem test on the server for 12 hours no errors found

There were some uncorrectable errors; the corrupt file(s) should be listed in the syslog during the scrub. Those should be deleted/restored from a backup, then scrub the pool again to confirm 0 errors.
