    Sounds like it might be an issue with my 2.5 gb switch
    MokerLink 2.5 Gbps upload / 1 Gbps download asymmetry issue.

    Chipset Conflict:
    Realtek RTL8373 & similar receive-side handling and certain Intel Network Interface Cards (NICs), such as the Intel X550-T2 and Intel i225/i226-V onboard chips. This conflict reportedly causes the download (RX path) speed to collapse under real-world traffic patterns, while the upload (TX path) speed remains stable.
