HI, I've been using a GTX1650 for a few years now for transcoding and its always been ok but since updating to Version 7 of unraid it will work for a day or two following a restart and then only be detected intermittently; the Nvidia driver plugin will show No devices were found

I downgraded back to the last version of Unraid 6 and the GPU worked fine again for a couple of months until I updated to 7 again and the same issue has been occuring. I've tried on several versions of unraid, currently I'm on 7.1.4

I've tested the GPU in my desktop for a week with no issues, I've updated the GPU driver several times as well.

I can see this error a few times in the system log:

The GPU does briefly show up in the dashboard, heres an example:

Sometimes it will stay for several minutes, during which time it can be used ok - eg jellyfin transcoding.

Would appreciate any help or ideas

If possible, try using a different PCIe slot, but it sounds more like a hardware compatibility issue.

I dont have one unfortunately, but why would that only be an issue with unraid v7?

It could be just an issue with that board/GPU and the specific kernel.
