Trial start issue

Featured Replies

I'm trying to verify if a new system is going to work for my needs before i move my main server over.

I finally found a flash drive that hasn't had unraid installed on it and when i go to start trial i get this

I went into bios and made sure that my clock was correct and did the same within unraid. I did get the email from unraid with the trial key info. I probably have another key linked to this email if it matters.

Attached are diagnostics

i tried shutting down and did a quick format of the flash drive and recreated the boot drive. Same thing.

Check that the date and time are correctly set.

I checked the bios and within the unraid ui and its correct. I'll fire it back up and check again.

Edit: Confirmed to be correct on the unraid ui

Also, now when i try to start my 30 day trial, and it opens the web site and click start Trial, it says "Trial Start Failed"

If the date/time are correct and it still fails, it's best to contact support; they can check if the GUID is valid or has been used before.
