Hi guys,

I am trying to get started but it's saying trial start failed? There's no more detail to that error so I'm not even sure how to begin troubleshooting.

    The most common reasons are the flash drive not having a valid GUID or having been used with a trial in the past, but you can contact support, and they can confirm for you.
