December 17, 2025Dec 17 Community Expert Hi as per title, yesterday I clicked rteboot and it rebooted then noticed unclean shutdown. Checked logs(they are saved on another machine, there was nothing special(might post them if neede) anyway today I took different approach - stopped array, or at least I was trying to stop it it stuck for 10 minutes and had to shut it down from the button. It hang on stopping services and docker is already off, can someone at least point what is holding the system alive? Please see the filearrakis-diagnostics-20251217-1201.zip for diagnostic which I run when array was stuck for good couple of minutes.
December 17, 2025Dec 17 Community Expert Disable Docker and VM service and reboot in safe mode, start the array and see if it stops, if yes, retest again after booting in normal mode to rule out a plugin issue, leave the services still disabled, if still OK enable one of the services and retest, then the other, note that if the issue happens with the docker service enabled only, you may need to try enabling one or a few containers at a time to find the culprit.

December 17, 2025Dec 17 Community Expert I'm afraid the diags don't give other clues, you can try booting in safe mode and see if it still happens; if not, it's likely a plugin. You can also try using lsof or the open files plugin to try and see if there are any open files.
