如何禁用掉Unraid开机过程中自动更新插件？

我现在每次开机，命令行都会出现自动更新的东西，然后我的代理又运行在Unraid系统上，不启动阵列无法使用梯子翻墙

就会导致每次开机插件要更新特别久，因为GitHub地址裸连速度慢

有没有办法禁用掉这个操作？是我安装了什么插件导致的还是Unraid系统机制如此？
