Unraid NAS not connecting to the internet

Featured Replies

I was having issues getting my plex to be available for remote access. I went through many suggestions online to remedy the issue, but nothing would help. In my stupidity I flipped ipv6 on instead of ipv4. Had to put in many lines of code to get the NAS back on Ipv4 as I fully lost connection. I was able to set a static IP and get access back to the GUI on my pc. In DHCP mode the NAS was only returning a 169.xxx. address. It doesn't appear that the NAS is connecting to the internet anymore. The apps stopped doing anything. If it helps I am using a UGREEN DXP4800 Plus. I have done many troubleshooting methods, but I am banging my head against a wall at this point.

If DHCP is not working, it suggests there's an issue with the LAN config or topology; you should try to fix that first, and likely it will resolve the issue.
