January 3Jan 3 Recently migrated Unraid to a new USB drive(though not sure if its relevant; perhaps it was a problem earlier and I didnt notice) and since then it seems some(though not all) of my tailscale enabled docker apps fail to run tailscale. They all have the following in the logs```Executing Unraid Docker Hook for TailscaleDetecting Package Manager...Detected pacman Package Manager!Installing packages...Please wait...ERROR: Installing packages!:: Synchronizing package databases...core downloading...extra downloading...error: failed retrieving file 'core.db' from europe.archive.pkgbuild.com : Could not resolve host: europe.archive.pkgbuild.comwarning: fatal error from europe.archive.pkgbuild.com, skipping for the remainder of this transactionerror: failed retrieving file 'extra.db' from europe.archive.pkgbuild.com : Failed to connect to europe.archive.pkgbuild.com port 443 after 186 ms: Could not connect to servererror: failed retrieving file 'core.db' from america.archive.pkgbuild.com : Could not resolve host: america.archive.pkgbuild.comwarning: fatal error from america.archive.pkgbuild.com, skipping for the remainder of this transactionerror: failed retrieving file 'extra.db' from america.archive.pkgbuild.com : Failed to connect to america.archive.pkgbuild.com port 443 after 90 ms: Could not connect to servererror: failed retrieving file 'core.db' from asia.archive.pkgbuild.com : Could not resolve host: asia.archive.pkgbuild.comwarning: fatal error from asia.archive.pkgbuild.com, skipping for the remainder of this transactionerror: failed retrieving file 'extra.db' from asia.archive.pkgbuild.com : Failed to connect to asia.archive.pkgbuild.com port 443 after 88 ms: Could not connect to servererror: failed to synchronize all databases (failed to retrieve some files)ERROR: Unraid Docker Hook script throw an error!Starting container without Tailscale!```
January 12Jan 12 I am having the exact same issue with most, but not all of my containers. Is there any solution? It started after updating containers.
January 22Jan 22 Same thing here - problem with radarr and sonarr, but the rest of my containers that use tailscale are fine, so I think this has more to do with the arrs.
January 23Jan 23 Any ideas for a fix to this? I just decided to start trying out Tailscale and the first Docker container I tried was an arrs app. After finding there was possibly and issue with the specific app I tried a different container and that worked fine. So what gives?
January 24Jan 24 I don’t think it’s related to any specific container or type. I think it’s ones that tried to update Tailscale during a particular window. It appears their target domains for checking for updates are no longer valid. Not sure how to resolve those invalid targets though.
January 24Jan 24 Author Binhex has released a fix for his containers to this issue. His particular base OS was out of date I believe and so it has been updated.
