Its from an old fix to workaround another issue. I believe its been resolved and speeding_ant has plans to remove the offending code. I thought it was already done but might(must) not be yet.

 

To fix you can edit the cron and comment out/delete the lines pointing to the empty cron. This would have to be redone on reboot though.

I found this in my cron file and removed it "cron=""", then I saw this line:

 

Add sa1 data collection  -1 data point per 2 min

*/2 * * * * /usr/lib/sa/sa1 1 1

 

 

That line gets data on the usage for the SimpleFeatures graphs

That line causes errors on my set-up. I had to remove the Activity Monitor plugin or I get segfaults in cron.

Please report as bug. Activity monitor doesn't use cron, at a loss there..
