Can't remote connect to a server

Two servers
Both show "Online"

Scytale works (can connect to server remotely)
Storage doesn't allow remote management and is 200 miles away.

I have a cloudflare tunnel and have setup apps (Radarr, Jellyfin, etc.) and CAN connect to them remotely (ie: jellyfin.mydomain.com)
I can't find anyway to remotely manage "Storage" server

    I have Cloudflare-DDNS disabled because I don't need it with the tunnel. Odd that everything about the server is visible but no remote management.
