Sending all Logs to external Graylog

I have Graylog installed in an LXC on Proxmox and it is collecting logs from various platforms

I have configured Unraid to send logs to this in Settings > Syslog server

I am not receiving all the available logs that I can see in tools > log viewer

Any ideas how I can configure things like dmesg and graphql-api logs to come to Graylog?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
